Management Associate Program

Our Management Associate Programme (MA Programme) is a 1.5 years programme comprising of 3 six-months rotations to various departments of the Group.

We welcome fresh graduates and working professionals to join us as Management Associates (MAs). The successful candidate can expect a dedicated senior mentor throughout the span of programme.

Career interests of the MA will be duly considered for each MA’s rotation plan. At the end of 3 rotations, the Company will be in discussion with the MA to finalize a permanent placement within the Group.

Sales Acquisition Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospecting and acquisition of new to FI customers for SME financing products particularly in property financing, trade financing and other SME financing products

  • Generate new leads through building referral networks and out marketing calls

  • Perform financial and qualitative analysis of companies and submission of proposals to internal approvers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably have 1-2 years in dealing with SMEs in a sales position; however candidates in service industry will also be considered

  • Good interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with clients

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

  • Team player, pro-active, and result-oriented

  • Prior experience to property financing will be an added advantage

  • Degree holder in finance related field preferred. Non-finance related degrees will also be considered on case-by-case basis

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • Preferably have 1-2 years in dealing with SMEs in a sales position; however candidates in service

  • The role is a dynamic role catered for individuals looking for a sales role in the finance industry

Operations Manager

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the organization in structuring of factoring facilities and act as a liaison between Relationship Manager and clients to facilitate smooth client onboarding.

  • Handle daily operational and administrative work, including reporting related to factoring and loans accounts.

  • Monitor and manage the factoring portfolio in terms of operational risk.

  • Build rapport with clients and customers to deepen their understanding of our factoring services and products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and operational efficiency.

  • Drive and implement digital transformation and process improvements to streamline operations for increased efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:
